The flat is situated ten minutes from the city centre and from Passeig de Gracia, the most elegant street of Barcelona, where there are two Gaudi's buildings: La Pedrera and Casa Batlló.

Grande déception . Appartement très bruyant.On avait l'impression de vivre dehors. Climatisation tellement bruyante que nous ne pouvions la faire fonctionner. Une des chambres était minuscule et suffocante . La douche était conçue pour un enfant. Pourquoi un bain tourbillon immense dans l'autre chambre immense???. À l'étroit dans la cuisine et le salon. Bref, jamais nous ne recommanderons cet appartement à nos amis.
